How Star Field works
Star Field has two ways to play. Fly a run puts you in a small ship flying forward through space. Drag anywhere on the screen, or use the arrow keys, to steer. Gold stars raise your combo and charge the WARP bar. Blue rings give you back a shield. Red rocks cost you a shield, and three hits end the run. When WARP is ready, tap the WARP button or press Space to smash through rocks for a few seconds.
Zen screensaver
Zen mode has no score and no rocks. The stars just drift past while you steer around with your finger, and holding the screen speeds you up to warp. It is meant for relaxing.
Your records
The game saves your best score, your furthest sector and your best chain in this browser. Every 25 seconds you reach a new sector and the rocks come faster.
