How to play Math Blitz
You get 60 seconds. Solve as many sums as you can. Tap the number keys to type your answer. The game checks it for you as soon as you have typed enough digits. You can also press the enter key to check early, or the delete key to fix a mistake.
- Level 1: adding and taking away.
- Level 2: multiplying joins in.
- Level 3 and up: dividing joins in, and the numbers get bigger. You move up a level after every 5 right answers, up to level 10.
Scoring
A right answer scores 10 points times your level times your multiplier. Every 4 right answers in a row raise the multiplier by one, up to x5. Every 5 in a row also adds 2 seconds to the clock.
A wrong answer costs 3 seconds and sets your streak back to zero. The game then shows you the right answer. Your best score is saved on this device.
Mistake Repair
Under the game there is a calm practice area with no timer. Use it to replay sums you got wrong.
