How to play Color Guesser
Every color on a screen has a code, like #FF0000 for red. The game shows you a code and asks which color matches it. Tap the right one before the timer runs out. You can also press the number keys 1 to 6.
A hex code has six characters after the #. The first two are red, the next two are green and the last two are blue. 00 means none of that color and FF means all of it. So #00FF00 is pure green.
Three modes
- Classic. 10 rounds. Each round gives you 3 to 6 colors, and the wrong ones get closer to the right one as you go.
- Survival. No round limit. You start with 3 lives and lose one for every wrong pick or timeout. The timer shrinks from 9 seconds to 5 as you get more right.
- Reverse. The game shows a color and you pick its code from 3 or 4 choices. You get 12 seconds per round.
Scoring
A right answer earns 100 points, plus up to 100 more for answering quickly. Every 3 right answers in a row raises your multiplier by one, up to times 4. A wrong answer sets the multiplier back to 1. After a miss, the game shows the right code and how close your pick was.
