    How to play Cannon Angle

A cannon sits on the left. A red target sits on the right. Fire the cannonball so it lands on the target.

    1. Drag on the sky to aim. Drag up for a higher angle. Drag farther from the cannon for more power. The numbers at the top left show your angle and power.
    2. Let go to fire. You can also use the small buttons under the game, then press FIRE. On a keyboard, use the up and down arrows for angle, the left and right arrows for power, and Space to fire.
    3. You get 3 shots for each target. Hit the target to go to the next level. Miss all 3 and the game is over.

    Scoring

A hit is worth 100 points, plus 50 for each shot you did not use. A bullseye in the middle adds 100 more. Later levels pay a few extra points too. If you hit with your first shot on several levels in a row, your points are multiplied. The bonus grows from 1.5 times up to 3 times.

    It gets harder

There are 30 levels. The target shrinks as you go. The dotted aiming line gets shorter. From level 6 some targets stand on a pillar. From level 8 wind pushes the ball sideways. From level 12 a wall stands in the way. From level 15 some targets move up and down, and from level 26 they all do.

The Shot notebook below the game remembers your last three shots in this run, so you can go back to an aim that was close. It never uses up a shot. Your best score and furthest level are saved in this browser.
